Violin bow by W.E. Hill & Sons, c.1925
This Hill violin bow was made c.1925. Mounted in silver, with a length of 744mm and a weight of 57.5g.
I love the pernambuco used on this bow, and I’ve enjoyed playing on it! The stick feels very supportive of your playing and also draws a lovely deep/warm tone from the strings.
The bow is stamped “W.E. H&S” on the handle, and is stamped “G” internally on both the stick and the frog’s metal slide.
