This is a violin bow made in Germany in the beginning of the 20th century. Silver mounted, with a length of 745mm, and a weight of 60.7g. Stamped “TOURTE”.
I really like the overall quality of this bow, including the head’s shaping and the choice of pernambuco used. The bow is very easy to use, with a great response/articulation, as well being able to draw a deep tone.
